Need recommendations for Panasonic Lumix GH4

i am about to buy a Panasonic Lumix GH4 but i need some recommendations for the lens. i need a lens that can zoom a bit less than the largest stock lens in the canon 70d kit and also has shallow and deep DOF. also i would like to know what is the recommended memory card speed for the Panasonic Lumix GH4 or any specific recommendations. Thanks!

Class 6 would be the minimum i would use, but Class 10 is usually not much more money.

im pretty sure 4K requires at least 100mb/s aka class ten uhs3 (U3)

You are correct, but I was thinking more in terms of still photos, than shooting 4K video.
