I need to solder a laptop's power adapter to its motherboard. The jack was forcibly removed. The power adapter has no plug, so two wires remain: positive and ground. The Laptop board has five pins. I need to find the positive and ground so that I can solder. I'm sure I won't be able to find any new jacks as this is a OEM board from a barebone laptop.

Its a P4, 845 Board. The Power Supply is rated as 20v and 90W max.

I would not suggest soldiering the power cable directly to the MB. There are replacement power jacks on ebay for a few dollars. Those would be a better shot, IMO.
