Netbook

I am looking to buy a netbook to use when I'm out of town or just relaxing on the couch.

Use: Internet, listen music, watch movies (including HD movies) and edit documents. No games.
Country: Canada
Price: As cheap as possible
Screen size: 12"
Hard drive: It does not matter
Memory: 2 gb minimum
Other: HDMI output to play movies on a big tv, WIFI, webcam, RJ45, USB ports. A SD/SDHC card reader would be nice
OS: Win7 Home (does not know much about Win7 starter, I feel like I will be limited with it)
Graphics: Like I stated, I won't play games and I just want to be able to watch HD movies

What is the best? Intel processor or AMD?

I cannot recommend a netbook any longer. They are a dying breed. A tablet would be my recommendation. Ipad 2s should be available for $250 or under next month when Ipad 3 comes out.

AMD Fusion E-350/E-450 meet your requrirement. They're found in the sub-notebook category. About midway between a true 'Netbook and a standard laptop.

Even though it does almost what I want to do... I don't want an iPad.
