Netflex not working/samsung tv

Net flex stopped working 3 days ago on Samsung Smart tv model un55d6900wfxza. It says to upgrade however there is no active link to upgrade. I called Samsung who sent me a link to download on our stick and then upload to the tv. The download on the computer says nothing there to upload to the stick. Am at a loss and paying for unusable Netflix service. Samsung said the program is too new to download on the tv itself. Anyone know what to do?

Theres nothing we can do to help you but have you keep pestering Samsung to publish the updated firmware that fixes Netflix.
