new asus froze at setup, does not boot. I wasnt even able to turn on my new computer

Bought a brand new Asus ROG GL502VS. During the setup process when i first turned it on, while i was entering the field for ”who is going to use this computer” the mouse cursor was moving but i wasnt able to enter anything with keyboard or click with my mouse anywere. So I restarted the computer by clicking the power button long enough.

When it restarted, after the Asus ROG logo the screen became blue again and ”just a moment” appeared, after that I waited about 2 hours, nothing changed. Restarted again and plugged a ethernet cable with internet and waited again for two hours, nothing happened.

What should I do next? I dont have my Microsoft product key as well, since i cannot acces my computer

If this is a brand new device, it shouldn't give you any of this trouble. I would take it back to where you got it and make them give you a new one
