new fan for virtual reality

changed CPU cooler, motherboard has power but no power to the system. power supply fan doesn't even spin.

You are sure that the CPU fan is plugged into the correct "CPU_FAN" pins on the motherboard? Would be odd for the power supply to suddenly malfunction/die after simply changing a CPU fan. Although I suppose it's possible.

Did you unplug the PSU from the wall before opening your case? I've seen people not and drop or touch something conductive on their motherboard and short it out.
