There is the possibility of a bad batch for one of the components in the laptop. However, Best Buy should notice this if they're getting a lot of returns. The other possibility is something that you're doing consistently. What software are you loading on the laptop? Where did you get the install files for this software? I'm just taking a guess that maybe you inadvertently have a file with malware in it that causes the issue. If you're certain that you have clean software, then it's time to ask BestBuy for another brand laptop with the same specs at the same price.
