Nextbook Ares 11 WiFi Problem

Suddenly the WiFi will not turn. I go to setup, go to WiFi and it just sits there displaying the "Turning WiFi on..." message but nothing else.

Anybody seen this before? It has just happened in the last day or so. I tried to log into my Daughter's wireless router yesterday (3/24/16) and started getting the message.

I don't use the WiFi connection very much. Mostly I just use the tablet to read ebooks. But sometimes I DO like to connect.

Is it repairable? I think I am either just inside or just out of warranty. (waiting on CCard statements from last year now). If it is repairable, does anybody know how to crack the case. I used to be a very senior electronics tech and have had my hands in a LOT of small computers.

Hi,

Have you tried pressing on the Wifi button on top of the keyboard right next to the padlock icon? That button enable/disable the wifi capability of your laptop.

Hello I. Curious if you found a solution for this problem my mothers is doing the same thing. It won't pull up any wifi network even if I enter it myself. Please help!! Thanks
