nikon 3200 and ringflash

i am a dentist and i need to use a ring flash for takeing intraoral pictures
unfortunately i bought nikon D3200 and non of the ring flash available can be synchronized with this type of camera
any solution to make my work easier?

Why exactly can't they be synchronized? I know the d3200 doesn't have the old style PC flash sync port, but you can get an adapter to convert the hot shoe on top of the camera to a cable.

I think it should work. In case it doesn't, just make sure you get your ring flash from a place that does returns. If for some reason you can't find one that works, by all means, let me know.
