No Hotspot Feature

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A model sm-t350. Its design is for wifi only, there's no slot for sim card. My problem is that I cannot receive files being transferred to me through shareit app because the device has no hotspot and tethering features. Anyone here who can help me on how I can solve my problem is much appreciated. Thanks & God bless!

It does not work when on the WiFi network? Even if that tablet does not have hotspot option, you can still connect to the other device hotspot signal.
