Hello,

Running Windows 7 on a Toshiba laptop. Original problem started with system running insanely slowly. Uninstalled Kaspersky 2012 and a few other apps (like Housecall) and restarted. Then internal keyboard and mouse stopped working in safe mode and normal. Only an external mouse will work. External keyboard does not and my laptop requires CTRL-ALT-DEL to login. I understand that I can't do that with On-Screen keyboard and Windows 7.

I can get to registry from Kaspersky Rescue Disk and can get to files via another computer.

Anyone out there with any magic tricks?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Tanya

I have the drivers just can't install them, to my knowledge, without being able to login.

On Screen Keyboard doesn't allow the use of CTRL-ALT-DEL with Windows 7, or so I discovered.
