No power button led in HP Notebook - 15-ac179tx

I've purchased a HP Notebook - 15-ac179tx.

Out of the box, on switching on, the first thing I noticed is that it doesn't have any led inside the power button. I find it particularly strange.

Is there any one else who is using this laptop, who can confirm if there is any power button light or is it just my unit that came in faulty ?

Would like to get to know about this as fast as possible as my unit is brand new.

There is no led for the power button.
Btw how is your laptop? IS it ok for usage and is it fast. Mine is a tad slow. Am i missing to install some drivers
