All of a sudden this morning when I try to play programs from an external drive connect to my Samsung Smart TV by USB I get a message..There is no video file currently available. Last night it was working just fine. How do I fix this? Thanks, David
First thing to do is make sure that the external drive is not the problem. Connect it to a computer and see if it is recognized and that the files are available.
If it works on the computer then your problem is the TV. A firmware upgrade or reset may help. Contact the maker.
