Good morning, I received a notebook in the shop that shows normal picture on lcd screen but no light and when I connect it to the external monitor image appears normally. already checked the FN + F5 commands - F6 to calibrate the brightness of the screen but the problem is not that ... Most LCD screens have a light source that shines thru the display to light up the picture. If that light source fails, then you would get the symptoms you describe. Usually, you have to replace the screen.
