Nothing Works after Win 7 Starter Update

An update basically rendrered exe files, audio, registry nnoperable.

Asus netbook with no key and no dvd slot/drive.

Do I have any options?

You have to download the "exe fix" off the internet, it's a registry fix. Also look for "lnk fix". Once that stuff is working download tweaking.com windows repair and run all the scripts.
