ok so i plugged in my turtle beach X12 and windows wont even recognize it. how do i get it do install the driver?

windows wont show me the headset in recording or audio of the control panel. how do i get it to install its driver?

It doesnt have drivers...
Its usb powered so uses your motherbd's soundcard so make sure that the soundcard (or onboard) is the default playback device. Often it switches to your graphics card for the hdmi audio.
