I need help finding a cable to connect my 80’s vhs camcorder to the tv. Here’s a picture

You're going to be looking for a LONG LONG time. The pin outs of cameras back then was never standardized, so it is not a case of finding one which fits, but finding one with the same pin out. I suggest you use one of those VHS to digital transfer services to move your tapes to a digital format (or DVD if you don't want the video files)
