Onkyo HT R393 weird issue

I have a Directv connected to my via a HDMI Onkyo HT R393 which work fine. But no other video source (apple tv, dvd, etc) seems to want to work with the receiver.

EVEN plugin in the same hdmi port and with the same cable that works with the Directv another source such as apple tv fails to show video and only sound works.

I have a epson videobeam conected via hdmi to the receiver.

I've tried factory reset and nothing works!

Contact Onkyo service. Your receiver may be one of the ones that had bad TI HDMI chips. This can cause a few different problems. They are repairing them for free out of warranty.
