Only one speaker working in new headset??

I bought a brand new pair of Logitech G230s off of Ebay. Finally getting them, I discovered that only the right speaker works. Before I send them back Id like to see if its my error. Ive tried going into Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Manage Devices>Properties>Levels and no combination seemed to work. Tried re-plugging them in and messing with the onscreen prompt. I tried them on my phone. I tried the front and back panels of my PC. And nothing seemed to work.

If there are any other suggestions, Id love them. Id have to send them back, and have a new set mailed to me. Thats 2 weeks or more. Thank you.

if they don't work in your pc and your phone, they are broken. Why ebay sucks sometimes.
