Outlook 2007 Seach Malfunction

Hey Guys,

My Outlook 2007 search feature is malfunctioning. Basically when I try to search it only returns emails from 2008 and 2009 with nothing from 2010 or 2011. Ive looked through all of the search options and have tried several different configurations with no results.

I have heard that outlook index's emails by the year they are received at some level (This is just hearsay). If this is true, then is it possible my search parameters have been somehow changed to not look in the 2010 or 2011 folders? I have not changed anything myself, Im not really sure why or how this happened.

Any help would be great.

Outlook does not search all folders, far as I can tell it only searches a single folder/container at a time. I can never get it to search my Inbox as well as my pst files.
