Outlook opens in full screen, but I don't have kb3114409 installed

Windows 7, Outlook started opening in full screen, safe mode, and no preview pane. I know that KB3114409 caused the problem, but I don't have it in the list of installed updates. The registry fix to delete some value in a Security folder of Outlook doesn't help since the value doesn't exist in the registry.

Any clues?

Try reinstalling Outlook.
