Output sound from Dell monitor to Bluetooth speakers

As I understand, to setup Bluetooth speakers to PS4 is almost impossible. I have Bluetooth speaker and I want to know if I can get a Bluetooth dongle for my Dell monitor and output the sound while playing PS4? I am using Dell p27q.

If your Dell monitor has headphones out - you can get "Bluetooth Transmitter", a device with 3.5mm cable on one end (which plugs into the monitor), and pairs with your speaker.

As far as I know, PS4 has also audio optical out - you can get a BT transmitter with optical input as well.
