output video ports not detected on physx configuartion menu on nvidia control panel

Hi guys, my laptop has a display port, and an hdmi port, and a mini display port. However, when I enter the nvidia control panel and go to set physx configuration menu, non of the ports above are displayed on the gpu provided within the menu. Does this mean that the ports are not going to work ? aka not enable me to connect to an secondary monitor? any help is greatly appreciated guys!

The little box on the PhysX settings screen that contains the ports shows active displays, for the purpose of creating a multi-monitor Surround setup. Inactive ports won't be shown.
