Pairing wifi bluetooth headphones to tv

I have a new LG 55SK8500PVA smart tv, and a pair of Sony WH-CH700N Bluetooth wifi headphones. I am unable to pair them with my tv, I keep getting the message no devices found.
They pair Ok with my other tv which is an LG 49UH770T. I have followed all steps as per LG and Sony, still no Joy. Can anybody help. Headphones are brand new, and are bluetooth 4.1

Yes, but I have removed them from the other tv. Still no go.
When I got them I tried pairing with my 55 tv no Go.

Try master resetting your new TV, and if possible updating the software. Then try again
