Password Software for Thumb Drive

I just bought a thumb drive so that I can back up my office files and take home at the end of the day. I am trying to find a software that I can install on the drive that would allow me to password protect all of the files. I really don't care to encrypt all of the data I just want to password protect it. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
