picking a better cpu OR gpu

hello, so i am picking a laptop for gaming (e.g. gta v, watch dogs...), and i am picking between two laptops, one which have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 850M and Intel Core i7-4710HQ while the other has an Intel Core i5-4210H and Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M, so which one should i pick for gaming (they are basically the same in everything else) ? thank you for your time.

The first one offers the better processor, while the second one offers the better graphics card...

I honestly would take the one with the better graphics card.

Just remember to keep your expectations in check. You have to spend a lot of money to get a laptop that can match the power of even a mid-level desktop when it comes to graphics.

If you are planning to have a laptop for gaming. Choose the 2nd one with better graphics card.
Games rely more on what GPU you have than the processor. If you are doing other stuff aside from gaming the 2nd one is still a good choice since it has i5 CPU.
