Solved! Pioneer DVL919 DVD & Laserdisc Player

Hi I have a problem with my Pioneer DVL919 DVD & Laserdisc Player

The tray jammed. I tried power on/off with the remote and on the set itselves but the tray still does not opened.

Is there a way to manually open the tray?

unplug the power, open the unit, find the gear pulley that drives the tray, and turn it by hand. The tray will come out...
