pioneer vsk-45...connected bd player, a t & t cable modem & samsung 55' 4k tv

I used navi app & also inbox instruction to attempt hook up...blue ray player & cable works when connected directly to tv only.
I get sound through reciever from cable but no pic.
I have hdmi from reciever out to tv hdmi 1 (arc)
bd player hdmi to bd hdmi on reciever
a t & t hdmi to sat/cab hdmi on reciever
sound test for reciever works
bt & wifi works
just no pic
tried switching hdmi cables...no say nada...lol

Just to eliminate the possibility is your HDMI out of the receiver to the TV plugged in to #1 Main HDMI out on the receiver?
