But my internal storage is full i can no longer update certain apps, storage spaces is running out. However my Sd card is only 2% used w some pics on it. Idk how or what the "Marshmallow" thing is nor can I find any "dots" next to my sd card when I get into my settings. So please with that information help me. Idk if you have to look my phone up or what but im begging someone...anyone have patients with me & help me. Thank you in advance.

First, "Marshmallow" is the version name given to a particular version of Android. "Marshmallow" is version 6.0. For a list of Android versions, look here... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_version_history

If there are no dots on the device, as explained in the instructions, then the manufacturer has restricted the option on your device to make the SD card "Internal" storage. Nothing we can do about that one.
