You have to ask the carrier from which ever you bought the phone from, in this case, Spain Orange. Other than that, we can't help you.

Yes, there are sites that helps you unlock your phone, but you will usually pay for a fee. You have to research that on your own, users on this forum can't help you with it. It is against the rules.
