Please HELP WINDOWS WONT REINSTALL AFTER FACTORY RESET

I factory reset pc as i watched a couple of videos and i decided that my pc files (game files as i use it as a gaming pc) were messed up so i factory reset after watching some videos to make sure i did it correct. I did exactly as this video said yet now when i turn on my computer on the asus startup screen a message pops up and says windows was unable to install press ok to reinstall and i press ok and the computer turns off and on again and the same message pops up and its a never ending cycle. Please help or let me know where to get this fixed. I live near dartford and crayford so any places there.

You most likely have a hardware problem.
Test the memory with memtest86+.
Test the hard drive with hard drive diagnostics.

Ok ill try it when i get home as i am away at the moment with my kids thanks for the help. Also how do i do the memtest86+, where do i type it in?

You can download it here. You need to burn it to a DVD or install to a USB drive and boot from it. It automatically runs.

I cant do that as i cant go onto my pc it doesnt come on.
