Premiere Pro possibilities

Hi! This video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjKa0xlnUsE was made in Sony Vegas (Pro 13 i think). I am not using it but i use Premiere Pro CC 2015. Can you do ALL the effects in that video in Premiere (even if it is 10 times harder)? I can use After Effect too, but I prefer not to.

What specific effects are you talking about? The particles at the beginning and end or something specific in the video?

Particles like those at 0:08 and the thing after 0:43. Also is there a specific effect for light fluctuations or you do them manually? Thanks for fast answer!

There is probably an easy tutorial for that and I will look when I get the chance. It's not as complex as it appears and is probably harder to do in Premiere than After Effects. I will get back to you with a tutorial (once I have found one) or you can search for one involving particles/rays/lights. Doing it manually would allow you more control vs. something that is automatic.

I'm sure it (After Effects) would be able to do that as well. I haven't had a chance to look for tutorials yet but I will the first chance I get.
