Problem reinstaling windows

Hi!
Recently i have buy an ASUS laptop r556l with windows 10 preinstalled this windows have run 1 month and now its crashed. I have try to change the windows with a cd windows7 with what i have succesfully changed 10 times at another laptop. But this time, at this laptop, stop after i click instal and at the screen write "Setup is starting..." i have w8 5 hour but nothing. What it can be? A protection? Now i have my bios with default settings. Plz help me... what shoud i disable/enable? What i do wrong?

Hi,

I'm pretty sure that it should just run or format the drive with no problem using your Windows 7 disc and should not get stuck. Since Windows 10 is still booting up, have you tried running the disc inside Windows and install it from there?
