Problem With Laptop's Hibernate, Shutdown, Restart,Sleep Mode

i just have installed windows 10 in my laptop few days ago. before that i was using Windows 7 in my laptop.
i'm facing issues with Shutdown,Hybernate,Restart things.

problem is sometimes when i restart my laptop it gets shutdown and sometimes it only gets restart. and when i shutdown sometimes it gets shutdown and sometimes may be it goes to sleep because LCD turned to black but the power light is still switched on..

and one more thing.. i have changed my LID Close functionality to Hybernate. it does'nt get hybernated when i close the LID. same problem lights are still on.

PS : this is started to happen when i installed windows 10 OS. when i was on windows 7 everything was working perfectly .
