Problem with my TV. (NEED HELP)

So, I own an Philips 40PFH4509/88.
I have an USB slot, so whenever I wanna watch movie, the movie works, but the subtitles, I can t enable them.
The movies are usually .mp4 format, and subtitles are always .SRT format.
I ve tried pressing OPTIONS and then SUBTITLES, and pressing ON, but still no subs.
Can someone help me to turn subtitles on?

Movie file and subtitles must have the same name.
Example:
Amy_and_Matt_Marriage_2012.mp4
Amy_and_Matt_Marriage_2012.srt
