Projecter, PS4, and Blu Ray Receiver. How do i hook it all up? Help!

I have an Epson Home Cinema 2030 Projector with 2 HDMI ports. I also have a PS4 with 1 HDMI out Port. I then have a Sony Blu-Ray/3d 5.1 Surround Sound Home Theatre system. I am wondering how i hook all of this up so that i can watch movies on my projector, get sound through my blu-ray player and also hook up my ps4 so i can game on my projector but get sound through my blu-ray surround sound system. Help Please and Thank you all!

You buy something like this -- http/www.amazon.com/ViewHD-Extractor-Optical-Converter-VHD-H2HSAs/dp/B00KBHX072 that will pull the audio off the HDMI from the PS4 and convert it to an optical output. You then connect that optical to your Sony and the HDMI output of the converter to the projector.

What if i hooked the optical sound from the ps4 to the blu ray player and then hdmi the ps4 to the projector

So Blu ray player hooked up via hdmi to projector
Ps4 Hdmi to projector for video
Ps4 Optical Sound to Blu Ray Player

That would also probably work. I don't have a PS4 so I didn't know it had optical out....
