So I am trying to buy this Toshiba Qosmio laptop for gaming and I am unsure about which one would benefit more of these two differences.

Processor*
Intel® Core™ i7-720QM processor (*Quad Core*)
Operating System*
Genuine Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)*
Graphics Engine*
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTS 360M
Graphics Memory*
1GB GDDR5 discrete memory (*-500MB*)

VS.

Processor*
Intel® Core™ i5-460M processor (*Dual Core*)
Operating System*
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)*
Graphics Engine*
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 460M
Graphics Memory*
1.5GB GDDR5 discrete graphics memory (*+500MB*)

Probably the highest graphic game I will be playing will be StarCraft II on High minimun. I also tend to do alot of multitasking and video watching.

Edit: I will also add 2 x 4GB DDR3 SO-DIMM 1066 CL7 (or should I use 2 x 4GB DDR3 SO-DIMM 1333 CL9?)

Thanks.

Solution
Some RTS games benefit from quad core CPUs.Also quad cores do better in multi-tasking.
But,the second model has a significantly faster GPU,so it performs much better in games. My vote goes for the second one.

After more thoroughly research I am considering the i5 the better option due to the massive 2.5GHz per core compared to the 1.7GHz of i7 without TurboBoost. Also there are many graphics and such specs which i7 doesn't have when compared with i5 at Intel site.
