Razer Kraken Pro microphone not working

Hi,
So recently for my birthday i got a Razer Kraken Pro headset, and until this day it was been working fine, but today, when i tried to skype my friends no sound was being created at all. I also did a Microphone test and no sound was being produced, I'm also not very good with computers and headsets so dont go too big! xD anyway i hear game audio fine but when i try to talk to people, nothing. Help will always be appreciated! Thanks!

Probably you muted your microphone...

Check if you did it or not.

Its not muted, i never muted it..

I have the same issue !! Does it have anything to do with that I plugged it in a win 8.1 laptop without the splitter, and plugged it back in my win 7 PC with the splitter and now it's not working ?
