Solved! Rca tablet wont do anything

Have read all the answers nothing works. The tablet will not turn off . Push the power button occasionally it will go dark for 2 seconds and pops right back on. Will not advance beyond boot screen . Will not start in safe mode. Will net go to the android reset screen. Any other ideas?

If none of that works, then your only options are to remove the battery (if you can access it, as some tablets are quite hard to do so in, and if it isn't under warranty), or wait for it to run out of power.
