RCA tv plays in 4k, but when turned off and turned back on it changes back to 1080p

When I turn TV on RCA model RLED4960-UHD I can change to 4k mode on my Bell 4k Cable box. But when TV is turned off and than back on when I go to watch TV again it auto changes to 1080p again.

I have to manually change to 4k resolution each time tv turns on. It keeps switching back to 1080p when turned off and back on.

Contact your cable company for support if their cable box does not save the settings.
