"Rebecca Black's 'Friday' Video Pulled from YouTube Following Copyright Infringement Claim"

(Lawyers form both sides, singing)...Its payday..its payday

i just had to see the video of the most annoying song on the planet. i find it kinda amusing. Lost my sense of taste for good music with all the rap and raggae around.

[citation][nom]ReggieRay[/nom]This girl just proves that all the so called music stars that come from Hollywood or where ever they are promoted are just no talent hacks with some vocal lessons. No musical instruments needed, just looks and half a voice. The rich (RIAA) promoters will then make you a star.Sorry, I will stick with bands that actually play instruments and a singer that can do two things at once, such as play an instrument and sing.[/citation]

What you said makes me think of that song by Reel Big Fish, Sell Out.

doesnt need to do 2 things at once, just needs to be a damn good non autotuned singer.

wow. sad noone seems to be able to comprehend what this is about.

Ark Music Records is SELLING AND MAKING MONEY of this girl for being famous. And seems the GIRL is NOT getting that money, even though...THE GIRL (well...parents)...is the OWNER of the song as Ark Music Records is a RIP-OFF COMPANY that takes money from artist to produce tapes,cd,etc, NOT own the copyright, nor any contract.

Might want to re-read the article.

Freakin' rich kids.We should all be so lucky to have parents that blow $4000+ dollars on talentless "vanity" music videos. So, even though the song and video are terrible beyond measure, the one-hit-wonder fairy drops a pile of cash at the feet of those who already have way too much of it. Just like when publishers clearing house pulls up to the $500k house and hands them a huge check. Oh well, i guess it beats living in Yemin.

[citation][nom]NuclearShadow[/nom]It's about the lyrical genius and who owns the rights to it lyrics such as "Think about fun, yeah you know what it is". Clearly this song is a masterpiece and the song writers feel that they should be credited for their genius. However Rebbecca clearly feels it was not just the genius behind the lyrics but her outstanding performance of the song which can truly be called a epic masterpiece and lead to its success. We are clearly dealing with something that not only defines our era but humanity.Just kidding its a pile of puke and let the dogs fight over who gets to lick the vomit up.[/citation]

sir, your comment deserves a +10000000000000000

Who would pay for this crap. I give her credit for writing and attempting to sing but come on. She should pay us to listen to it.

Is this one of the only times where a case of copyright infringement actually has benefited people worldwide? Must be true that the world will end in 2012 then...
