Recording onto disk a show recorded on my Cable DVR

Hello, I want to record onto my DVD Recorder a show that I have already recorded onto my Comcast DVR device. How do I hook up the stand alone DVD Recorder and then how do I copy the show onto a Disk

if the show isn't copyrighted, you would connect the output component or S, and the audio cables to the input on the DVD-R. Without knowing more information, i'd probably check your instruction manual.
