Reliable VPN/Proxy Service

I am looking for a reliable site, program or an addon for using specific proxy servers. Any recommendations? Something mal-bloatware free please. I don't mind a one-time payment but would prefer staying away from subscriptions.

Privateinternetaccess.com by london trust media is what I use.

They do not have free trials, and it is a subscription, pay per month, pay per year. i have been with them over a year and have streamed HD video out of my home through the vpn while on vacation without any issues or speed related issues. Never had a problem connecting, ever.
