Restart error in ASUS X452L Laptop

Hello guys. A urgent problem. My laptop during working with it, sometimes has a problem and the error is:
"Your PC run into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.(100% complete)

Please help me with this problem.

On first guess, you have missing or corrupted windows files. The other possibility is that the hard drive is starting to fail.
