restore Inspiron E1505 with Windows XP Professional to factory settings

please help me restore my computer to the beginning! I have no CDs to do this with! My mom gave me her laptop as it didn't work anymore and I found it infected with viruses 🙁
So I am trying to restore to factory settings to see if I can't get rid of them.
