I have a Netgear N450 combination modem/router. It worked great in my old apartment, but I moved somewhat recently, and it's become unreliable. I have to plug/unplug it daily as it drops internet on all my devices (phone, computer, Roku, etc) regularly. The issue is the router; ethernet works fine. I'm not sure how to diagnose the problem, or whether I just need a new router. Any advice would be appreciated!

I actually have a Virgin Super Hub 2, which gives me the same issues, but normally when I have different devices connecting throughout the day. It's a hard thing to diagnose, but assuming you didn't change anything to your router, I'd try to get it replaced. Have you placed it next to some obstructions? a new appliance, some metal, perhaps in a nice shelf by a vase? etc..
