Hello on the 16th of sept the format of my e-mail page changed. Since then I have been unable to send and recieve e-mails. If possible i would like my old system restored.I am not very computer literate and do not understand a lot of the jargon.

We may be able to help you, but we need a little more info. What's your email-provider? And is it a webmail account used via a browser or do you use a program like Outlook to access your mails? Any idea, why the format may have changed? Do you see at least your old mails?
