Sacred 2 doens't work

I don't know who to ask with this problem. Steam support doesn't bother with this, and I can't even reach ascaron's webpage. So my problem is, when the game starts this is what welcomes me.

There are no texts and the button to start the game after character ctreation (where there are no texts either) doesn't work. I tryed to reinstall the game twice.

It has been solved. The problem, was the default language was my homelanguage, now it works when I changed it to english in regedit.
