Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 Turns its self on and off and doesn't respond to reset and has no way to remove the battery

I've had this tablet for a while and of course I got it from Wal-Mart... I'm having trouble just trying to get it to respond at the very least. It turns on without any add and shows the name of the tablet then turns back off. I've tried to reset and there is no battery to remove so that's out of the question...at least there is no way to get to the battery as far as I can see

Does it behave the same way if you connect the tablet to a USB mains plug or to a PC or laptop?
