samsung grand 2 software problem !!

i made new software for my mobile without factory reset then mobile opens as the last time without new software , did this harm the mobile or not ??

I would need a bit more information on the problem you are having before I could help. What did you do exactly? And what was the software you were installing for? A different OS? Or something else?
